School Trip
The fifth grade classes at Little Brother's school went to the Asahi newspaper company on Friday. They gave them sample pages straight off the press. He said the ink was still wet. He crumpled his pages up and put them in his backpack. I dug them out. I thought you might like to see some of them. They're pretty crumpled. I'll try to straighten them out and take other pictures. For now, click on the pictures to enlarge. They look better that way.
He was given the movie section. Recognize this ad? It's for "Eragon".
And "Charlotte's Web". The title in Japanese can be translated as "Charlotte's Gift".
They also went to the Museum of Logistics.
He said he saw models of how things are shipped all over the world.
