Blue Skies

This is the peach tree in our garden in west Tokyo yesterday before the storm. Can you find the pigeon?

The peach tree did very well in the storm. Wonder where the pigeon is.

There were sparrows

in and near the sakura down in the park. There's not a cloud in the sky

except over Mt. Fuji.

Maple leaves,

mostly gingko leaves,

and sunlight in evergreens.

More sunlight.

Japanese Maple Trees

This maple tree was near the pine trees I posted the other day. There is a whole section of Japanese maple trees at Jindai Botancial Gardens. We usually go to see them the first week of December. That's when they seem to be at their peak in Tokyo. I didn't even think about checking them when I was there! I hope I didn't miss them.
