This luggage cart was strapped to a street mirror. It seemed rather strange that the box wasn't strapped to the luggage cart. I wonder why someone left the cart and box here.
This is a vacuum cleaner sitting in a bin on the street. It's not unusual to see this kind of thing. Big garbage that cannot be recycled is put out in a central location in some neighborhoods.
